A two-storey Victorian terraced house in this historic market town just two minutes walk from The Rex Cinema and High Street. Berkhamsted Railway Station (London 35 minutes) and the Grand Union canal are a 10-minute walk away. Berkhamsted hosts a wide range of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, and a twice-weekly market whilst surrounded by the rolling countryside of the Chiltern Hills AONB. The beautiful 5,000-acre National Trust Ashridge Estate & Ashridge Management College are a 15-minute drive.

My light and airy house with its well-kept private garden will be all yours during your stay. Enter from the street into a cosy sitting room with a large sofa and Smart TV.

On the other side of the hall is the modern, recently-fitted kitchen which is fully equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and dining area.

The pretty courtyard garden with outdoor seating is accessed via the utility room at the back of the house, which is equipped with a washing machine, freezer and cloakroom WC.

Stairs lead up to the large master bedroom with a King-sized bed, a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, and a good-sized chest of drawers.

The second, smaller room is kitted out with a small desk, perfect for a home office. Complimentary Wi-Fi runs throughout the house. Next to this is a bathroom with a large shower cubicle, bath and WC.
